Merry Christmas Makeup Junkies! I really wanted to try and squeeze in a last minute makeup tutorial before the holidays & nothing screams christmas makeup like a sparkly red lip! I used a metallic Lip Tar from OCC (obsessive compulsive Cosmetics) which is highly pigmented, Metallic & Oh so sparkly!  So fun for parties – not so fun for Kissing! 😉
